Vegas Saltwater Pool. Spa, Hammocks, RV, Billiards

We stayed over Memorial Day in May with a group of four families, including three children, and found this to be a wonderful place for staying with kids. The entire space was clean, well-organized, and very family-friendly. There were plenty of activities for the children, including ping pong, basketball, and arcade games, making it an ideal spot for a family gathering. Some of the equipment was a bit dated, and we noticed a few parts that might benefit from replacement, but everything was still functional and didn’t cause any issues during our stay. The host was very responsive to our questions, and although we initially had trouble accessing the internet at the entrance due to a password issue, the host quickly worked to resolve it. The location was also very convenient, with many nearby amenities and great restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

House was perfect! We came to town for a work event and a little vacation. Home was the perfect set up for myself and co workers. On top of the pool and hot tub there was other things like corn hole, pool table and such to do. Would definitely say again and highly recommend.

Beautiful home, large, lots of bedrooms and beds. The house is large, the pool is huge, and the hot tub is perfect! There is a billiards table and ping pong outside. There is an outdoor grill as well. There is a large 2 car garage with an automatic opener. The house was impeccably clean home. There is more than enough cooking equipment. There were spices as well. Plenty of house amenities as well. Beautiful thick large bath towels. Towels for the pool as well. I highly recommend this property. Shawn was super helpful and responsive. Great location, about 20 minutes from Las Vegas. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this home. It was spacious and everyone was comfortable. The space was clean and check in/check out and all communication was easy and prompt. The only area in which we had an issue with was the pool. We weren’t made aware that they didn’t heat the pool during the time of year we stayed, until after we’d booked. Also, the hot tub heat was only available as an included within the cost, for several hours - one would think that if the pool was unusable, that the hot tub could be heated 24/7 without charge - since the pool is a HUGE booking feature of this particular home (as it takes up half of the backyard). Overall, it was a great stay!

Everything was incredible and exactly how they described. The support we received was very fast too. We had an awesome holidays with my family!!

The house was in a nice quiet area and close to the strip in Hoover dam. There was a grocery store less than a mile away. Everything was great at the house. I personally did not like the fact that we had to schedule the use of the hot tub however it was a great hot tub and they were quick to accommodate. The representative from the Cunningham group was very kind and quick to respond. A guest noticed there was a hairdryer missing and they had one shipped to the door the very next day.

The house was exactly what we needed for our short stay. Everything went very smoothly and I appreciated the quick responses to my questions. Thank you!

My group and I had a fantastic stay thank you!

When we got there both hammocks were ripped and I notified owner but was unable to get them replaced during our stay. So we were unable to use hammocks. The pool robot that was in pool to clean didn’t move the entire time we were there and pool was dirty. Notified owner that hose was not connected. The house was mostly clean but had some stains on couches and one of our people that stayed said they found some pills on the ground. Other than that the place was mostly clean and we enjoyed the place a lot! The host was very responsive to everything and the house was lovely!

Lovely home and pool! Pictures are exactly as shown. Very hot weather but A/C was heavy duty and kept us cool. Poll is over the top, like a fancy resort.

What a beautiful house with a huge pool and amazing outdoor space! We had a great time resting and recharging before we headed into Las Vegas for the weekend

The Henderson house was spacious and included convenient amenities such as washer/dryer and (of course) air conditioning. Two families of four were able to utilize common spaces to gather and also spread out when quiet was needed. A pool maintenance issue was dealt with proactively. The property managers maintained clear communication throughout our stay.

Our stay here was nothing but the best. The house is very beautiful and was incredibly clean when we checked-in. The neighborhood as also very quiet and peaceful, if you’re looking for that. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything was exactly as listed, it was clean and easy to get into, the pool was nice, and it was a good place for a family vacation.

Beautiful home. 30 min from the main strip. Quiet neighborhood …Close to surrounding neighbors (but still felt private) . Lots of rules but it’s to ensure this is not a party house but place to relax. It has 3 queen beds, a full size bunk bed with a pullout bed on floor, and last bedroom is a full size bed with a pull out bed on the floor not a queen as listed. If want the pool heated need a week notice and will pay extra $, as well as checkin early or late. That was not communicated until we arrived. Hosts are available to chat with everyday if need anything. Beautiful hummingbirds in yard/landscape and place was clean. If looking to relax, peace and quiet and ok being 30 min away from strip - this place is perfect for you. Not cheap but classy.

Outdoor space was beautiful! We had trouble with the pool and hot tub heat and were only able to use it for one night, which was unfortunate, but the hosts were extremely responsive and helped to remedy the problem.

Nice location, The pool ( it will be good during summer)and jacuzzi was great. Only issue we had there was not enough blankets, had to call management and request. Kids enjoyed the house they had ping pong, pool table and game room to be occupied. Electric charger they have is EV match which is not free you have to install the app and pay for the charging.

My stay with a few friends was very nice. The property was extremely clean and as described, very comfortable and we enjoyed the saltwater pool and jacuzzi. The house is in a very nice quiet area that is close to trails, stores, and restaurants and is a pretty quick drive to the strip.

Booked this place for my birthday and it was amazing! It was exactly as described and the host was super responsive with any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely recommend!!

Easy to find, good communication, we were happy with our stay.

The rules and regulations of this place are a bit intimidating and overwhelming, but once you get past all of that, it's a great place/stay. The house is beautiful and great for large groups. We had a slight hiccup during our stay, but the host was very responsive and fixed the issue right away. The proximity to the airport & stores were ideal. It's a little far from The Strip, but not too bad. We would definitely consider this place again and totally recommend it.

Our stay could not have been better! Amazing property with ample space for all of our guests. Great location and just a short 20-30 min drive into Vegas. Communication was prompt and the staff was very accommodating and flexible. We wouldn't have changed a thing and will definitely be booking for future Vegas trips!
